SENSEI DENISE SAINDON

Sensei Denise started her martial arts training at Al Lima's Studio Of Self-Defense in August of 1995 and in March of 2001 she was awarded her Black Belt and title of "Sensei" (teacher). Denise is highly dedicated and committed to the martial arts. She has participated in numerous seminars, demonstrations and tournaments. She is a member of the staff of Al Lima's Studio Of Self-Defense as well as the Black Belt Club and Activities Committee.

She is an integral part of the inner workings of the school serving as an office administrator to Shihan Lima as well as operating her own sewing business, providing a much needed service to the members of Al Lima's Studio Of Self-Defense. Sensei Denise has grown into a dedicated and talented student and instructor inspiring her two children to continue their martial arts training. Sensei Denise is also a "family" member, her son Ben (Mr. "B") is a junior 1^st degree Black Belt Assistant Instructor and her daughter Jackie is a Senior Purple Belt. Sensei Denise's pursuit of excellence and perfection is one of the reasons for the continued growth and success of Al Lima's Studio Of Self-Defense.
